We mainly provide the Existing Condition Modelling and Underground Utility Modelling.
Using 3D information capture approaches and BIM authoring software to develop a 3D model of the existing conditions for a site, facilities on a site, or a specific area within a facility. This model can be developed using various methods, including laser scanning, photogrammetry, or traditional surveying approaches. The model may have varying levels of information depending upon the intended use for the model including 3D geometry and other asset information.

Underground Utility Model
Model can be applied on Clash Detection for Underground utility design and excavation works. |

As-built Comparison
Point cloud model vs Designed model The Laser Scanning survey was carried out to generate point cloud record for the as-constructed structure. The result is compared with the designed model created in BIM. The comparison report represents the standard deviation between as-constructed storm pipes and designed model in 3-dimensional position data. |

4D Scheduling
4D Simulations of Construction Sequence Construction can also be simulated to make sure everything is being built on time. Clash Detections can be done on all models. With Navisworks monitoring and workflow tools, identified problems can be reported and tracked through resolution. |
